We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Lead Generation Specialist to join our dynamic Sales Team at our HQ in Bolton. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound B2B calls to engage with small business owners and discuss potential business opportunities.
  • Work closely with our comprehensive CRM system to manage leads and track sales performance.
  • Arrange appointments for Corporate Directors with interested business owners.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with clients.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven sales experience in a B2B environment.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Strong literacy and numerical skills.
  • High energy levels, drive, and ambition.
