Sales Development Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Lead Generation Specialist to join our dynamic Sales Team at our HQ in Bolton. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound B2B calls to engage with small business owners and discuss potential business opportunities.
- Work closely with our comprehensive CRM system to manage leads and track sales performance.
- Arrange appointments for Corporate Directors with interested business owners.
- Provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with clients.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven sales experience in a B2B environment.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Strong literacy and numerical skills.
- High energy levels, drive, and ambition.
