Agility Resourcing is seeking a seasoned Credit Control Manager to join their team in Cumbria. With a competitive salary of £55,000 - £65,000 per annum, this role offers a great opportunity for career growth and development.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and experienced professional to lead the Credit Control team at one of Cumbria's fastest growing companies. As Credit Control Manager, you will be responsible for providing leadership and support to the team, with a focus on process improvements and efficiency gains.

  • You will support and mentor the Invoicing and Credit Control Support team in the day-to-day running of the function.
  • Your goal will be to maximize revenues by establishing and maintaining processes to achieve full monthly invoicing of completed jobs.
  • You will manage resources to ensure the company meets deadlines for month-end cut-off.
Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will possess a proven track record of motivating and managing teams, as well as strong communication skills. The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate their ability to:

  • Regularly review all credit control areas and take action on problematic invoices to reduce company debtors.
  • Ensure accrued revenues convert into sales invoices as efficiently as possible to control the company DSO days.
  • Establish processes and maintain accurate collation of job costs through efficient and consistent job charge entry, project time sheet entry, technician expenses and weekly timesheets.
