Procurement Analyst

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Procurement Analyst to join our team in the UK. This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to develop their career in procurement and contract management.

• 
  
• Maintain and update procurement systems, including Dynamics365 (P2P) and Atamis (Contract Management System – CMS)
  
• Assist in adding suppliers to our P2P system and maintaining supplier payments
  
• Upload contracts to the CMS and manage contract data
  
• Support due diligence processes
  
• Collect and analyse data to assist integration and decision-making
  
• Work with acquired businesses to understand their supplier base and collect details for investigation

• Able to use Microsoft Office, including SharePoint, is essential; experience using a CMS would be preferable
  
• Strong communications, relationship building, and influencing skills
  
• Excellent analytical skills, with keen attention to detail
  
• Presentation and report writing skills, as well as problem-solving skills
