About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Fundraising Manager to join our team at Nottinghamshire Hospice. As a key member of our fundraising team, you will play a crucial role in driving income growth and developing our public fundraising strategy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive individual giving strategy to drive income growth
  • Lead and manage a team of fundraisers to achieve income targets
  • Collaborate with the Head of Fundraising to deliver on the fundraising strategy
  • Manage and analyze data to inform fundraising decisions
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including donors and supporters
Requirements
  • Proven experience in individual giving fundraising, with a track record of success
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
  • Knowledge of fundraising best practices and industry trends
