The appointee will work closely with the Managing Director to ensure alignment with the company's overall strategy and to drive innovation and growth in international markets. This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially experienced leader to make a significant impact on the business.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in performance chemicals, with experience in leading cross-functional teams to achieve ambitious targets. They will also possess excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
