About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Business Relationship Manager to join our team at BDO UK. As a key member of our IT department, you will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between our business and IT functions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the relationship between IT and business streams, ensuring seamless delivery of business needs.
  • Engage and communicate with business stakeholders across all sub-streams, developing a positive impression of our IT services.
  • Act as a point of escalation for service delivery issues and provide proactive IT support.
  • Collaborate with the Innovation and Digital function to manage business stream ideas and new products.
  • Conduct market research to understand competitor activity in innovation and digital products.
  • Build relationships with IT and key vendors to ensure relevant solutions are implemented.
Requirements
  • Experience working in professional services, preferably in partnerships.
  • Demonstrable experience in IT industry, including project management and business analysis.
  • Proven experience in IT Business Relationship Management, Business Analysis, or Project Management.
  • Ability to identify and analyse alternative approaches to dealing with issues and problems.
  • Empower others by collaborating on joint ideas and encouraging others to view change as a positive process.
  • Influence and persuade others outside direct control.
  • Confidence in dealing with all levels of the firm, including executive management levels.
