Overview:

We are seeking a highly experienced Chief Technology Officer to play a leading role in driving our technology strategy and direction as we enter an exciting international scale phase.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in SaaS, experience in high-growth environments, and the skills to balance strategic vision with hands-on execution to meet investor expectations and drive value creation.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Define and implement a clear technical vision and roadmap that supports rapid scale and aligns with the company's mission and growth objectives.
  • Work closely with the CEO and leadership team to translate business goals into scalable and secure technical solutions.
  • Partner with commercial, sales, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure alignment on goals and seamless execution of the growth roadmap.
  • Lead platform scalability initiatives to ensure the core products can handle increased traffic, users, and data demands.
  • Oversee cloud infrastructure management to ensure cost-effective scaling and efficient resource usage.
  • Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing team, fostering a culture of innovation, ownership, and accountability.
  • Drive agile development practices and ensure a rapid iteration process, balancing speed with stability and performance.
  • Lead automation initiatives to improve operational efficiency and speed up the delivery pipeline.
  • Develop proactive security policies and ensure data security, privacy, and compliance with relevant industry standards.

Requirements:

  • Experience scaling teams and platforms in fast-growing SaaS environments.
  • Demonstrated success in optimizing and scaling cloud infrastructure (Azure) to support multi-tenant SaaS architecture and data growth.
  • Excellent people management skills with a history of building, developing, and leading high-performing teams in a high-growth setting.
  • Strong commercial acumen with evidence of developing harmonisation between tech, commercial, sales, and marketing teams.
  • Ability to balance short-term objectives with long-term vision, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic environment.
  • Prior experience working closely with PE-backed startups.
