Job Title: Membership and Fundraising Coordinator

The Tank Museum is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Membership and Fundraising Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our development team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive membership and fundraising strategy to support the museum's charitable objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a membership strategy to increase revenue and engagement
  • Manage and maintain relationships with existing members and donors
  • Identify and pursue new fundraising opportunities, including corporate sponsorships and grants
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement fundraising campaigns and events
  • Monitor and report on fundraising progress and membership growth

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in membership and fundraising, preferably in a museum or cultural institution
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Knowledge of fundraising software and databases
