Membership and Fundraising Coordinator

The Tank Museum is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Membership and Fundraising Coordinator to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to develop and implement a comprehensive fundraising strategy, leveraging our international online audiences to support the charitable objectives of the museum.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage membership schemes, including Friends, Patreon, and YouTube Membership, to drive retention and recruitment.
  • Identify and pursue corporate sponsorship opportunities for online activity and manage existing key partnerships.
  • Manage fundraising projects, including vehicle conservation and restoration, and liaise with internal colleagues to ensure targets are met.
  • Identify opportunities for small-scale fundraising projects and establish administration to support existing activity.
  • Run e-bay auctions, raffles, and other fundraising events to support museum objectives.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in membership and fundraising, with a strong track record of success.
  • Bags of ambition, enthusiasm, and creativity to drive fundraising initiatives.
  • Ability to hit the ground running and work independently.
  • Subject to performance, opportunities for professional development and training.
