Membership and Fundraising Coordinator

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Membership and Fundraising Coordinator to join our team at The Tank Museum. As a key member of our development team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive fundraising strategy to support the museum's charitable objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage membership schemes, including Friends, Patreon, and YouTube Membership, to increase retention and recruitment.
  • Identify and pursue corporate sponsorship opportunities to support the museum's online activity and existing partnerships.
  • Manage fundraising projects, including vehicle conservation and restoration projects, to engage and appreciate our communities of supporters.
  • Develop and implement small-scale fundraising projects to support capital expenditure.
  • Run e-bay auctions and raffles to support museum fundraising objectives.
  • Establish and maintain a new CRM system to support existing fundraising activity and future growth.

You will need to be an existing membership and fundraising professional with proven experience in this field. We are looking for someone with bags of ambition, enthusiasm, and creativity to hit the ground running in this role. Subject to performance, there will be opportunities for professional development and training to help you grow in your role.

To be successful in this role, you will need to be a strategic thinker with excellent communication and project management skills. You will be able to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
