Job Title: Cloud Solutions Expert

A leading UK-based Microsoft partner, already recognised as an Azure Expert Managed Service Provider (MSP), is rapidly growing and investing heavily into their sales teams.

We are looking for professionals with experience in selling Cloud based services, preferably Microsoft Azure, to join our team as Cloud Solutions Experts.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing strong customer relationships, connecting with key business stakeholders, and preparing sales reports.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Address client queries and identify new business opportunities
  • Liaise with cross-functional teams to enhance the customer experience
  • Maintain clients through excellent customer care and strong negotiation
  • Forecast and track key account metrics
  • Maintain accurate records in the CRM and pipeline
  • Serve as the lead point of contact for all client account management matters
  • Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts
  • Prepare reports on account status

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an Account Manager or relevant role
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with attention to detail
  • Public & Hybrid Cloud Services – Essential, ideally Azure
  • Cyber Security offerings inc. MSSP services
  • Managed Services
  • Professional Services
