ResponsibilitiesMarket Insights & Competitive Analysis
- Produce market insight analysis reports for segmented fields, highlighting market development trends, market space, core scenarios, and pain points.
- Collect competitive information and provide differentiated competitive solutions through analysis of strategies and scenarios of competing pairs in competitive projects.
Business Opportunity Identification & Pre-sales Guidance
- Provide pre-sales guidance to key decision-makers, using their language to start a dialog, gain trust, explore real needs, and form effective business opportunities.
- Deeply explore customers' business technology status and development trends, establishing complete and accurate customer business technology documentation.
Solution Design & Promotion
- Develop targeted solutions according to customer needs, including product selection strategies, POC test strike strategies, bidding & bid strategies, product configuration strategies, and more.
- Promote the incubation and replication of public cloud solutions in segmented fields.
- Identify and address technology and project risks during the solution landing process, collaborating with product and delivery teams for normal fulfillment and revenue conversion.
Capability Accumulation & Empowerment
- Accumulate knowledge documentation, such as universal cloud architecture templates, best practices, and cases, for segmented fields/scenarios.
- Provide presentations, evangelism, and empowerment training for sales teams and eco-partners.
Product Requirements & Defect Feedback
- Abstract and summarize product requirements and defects in segmented fields, promoting product improvement, new product projects, and major functions launch.
Requirements
A background in IT, computer science, and/or cloud computing with a good understanding of networking, servers, storage systems, enterprise applications, and the cloud.
A minimum of 5 years of experience working and consulting on enterprise architecture design, with a strong understanding of customer needs and requirements.
Expert knowledge and understanding of cloud architecture design, familiar with architecture methodology and practice in internet-based applications/websites.
Experience with procedures and tools for application migration and cloud/virtualization/container solutions for enterprise customers.
Familiar and hands-on experience with one of the public Clouds covering IaaS and PaaS services.
Experience with one of the Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) technologies.
Experience with Container/K8S and Serverless services and implementation, experience with SOA architecture design.
Experience with RDS like MySQL or PostgreSQL or others, and experienced with NoSQL like Redis or MongoDB or others.
Experience with BigData technologies like Hadoop ecosystem is a plus.
Excellent writing, proof-reading, and editing skills, able to create documentation that can express cloud architectures using text and diagrams.
Able to work under high pressure, a quick learner with a passion for cloud technology.
Good communication skills, a good team player, and has a professional attitude to work.
※ Candidate who has professional Cloud Certificate from Alibaba Cloud or other Cloud vendors is preferred.
