About the Role:

The Business Connection is recruiting for a Business Growth Professional (B2B) to join their sales team in Crewe. This exciting opportunity will see you work closely with clients to drive business growth and development in the commercial waste management sector.

As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with existing clients, and managing a portfolio of accounts. With a focus on delivering exceptional customer service and building strong relationships, you will be an integral part of our success.

We are looking for a skilled and experienced professional who has a proven track record in B2B sales, particularly in the field-based environment. If you are a driven and results-oriented individual with excellent communication and negotiation skills, we encourage you to apply.

Responsibilities:

  1. To identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling and other sales initiatives
  2. To build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to increase revenue and retain business
  3. To manage a portfolio of accounts to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
  4. To work closely with the sales team to achieve business targets and drive growth

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in the field-based environment
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong customer focus and ability to build long-term relationships

Salary: £40,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience.
