Clinique Retail Beauty Consultant

About the Role:

Clinique is seeking a passionate and energetic Retail Beauty Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our sales floor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, creating a personalized shopping experience, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop a deep understanding of Clinique's products and services to effectively recommend and sell to customers
  • Build strong relationships with customers to understand their skin and makeup goals and provide tailored solutions
  • Maintain a visually appealing store environment through effective visual merchandising and inventory management
  • Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve sales targets and drive business growth

Requirements:

  • Passion for beauty and skincare
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
  • Previous retail experience is beneficial
