About the Role:

Clinique is seeking a passionate and customer-focused Beauty Consultant to join our team. As a Beauty Consultant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with clients, and delivering personalized beauty solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide personalized beauty consultations to clients, understanding their skin and makeup goals to recommend custom-fit routines.
  • Develop and maintain a strong knowledge of Clinique products, including skincare, makeup, and fragrances.
  • Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
  • Maintain a visually appealing store environment, adhering to high standards of visual merchandising.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on the latest beauty trends and products.
