About the Role

We are seeking a talented and ambitious individual to join our team as a Beauty Consultant at Harrods. As a key member of our luxury beauty department, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide personalized beauty consultations to customers, offering expert advice on luxury beauty products and services.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our luxury beauty brands and products, staying up-to-date on the latest trends and innovations.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and exceed customer expectations.
  • Contribute to the creation of a visually appealing and engaging store environment, ensuring high visual merchandising standards.
  • Champion our My Beauty rewards scheme and customer feedback surveys, driving customer loyalty and retention.
