Clinique Beauty Consultant Opportunity

About the Role:

Clinique is seeking a passionate and customer-focused Beauty Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with clients, and driving sales of our market-leading skincare and makeup products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide personalized skincare and makeup consultations to clients, recommending products tailored to their individual needs and preferences.
  • Build strong relationships with clients, understanding their skin and makeup goals, and delivering exceptional customer service to drive loyalty and retention.
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, trends, and industry developments to provide expert advice and recommendations to clients.
  • Contribute to a positive and inclusive team environment, supporting colleagues and driving sales through collaborative efforts.
  • Participate in visual merchandising and store displays to create an engaging and inspiring shopping experience for clients.

Requirements:

  • A passion for beauty and skincare, with a desire to learn and develop product knowledge.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Flexibility to work variable shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  • Previous retail experience, preferably in the beauty industry, is beneficial but not essential.
