Job Title: Health Visitor SCPHN

We are seeking a highly motivated and innovative Health Visitor to join our team in Devon. As a Health Visitor, you will play a vital role in improving outcomes for children and families in our community.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive team, providing high-quality health visiting services to families in Devon. You will work closely with other health professionals, community agencies, and voluntary organizations to deliver a comprehensive service that meets the needs of our community.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide health visiting services to families in Devon, including home visits, clinics, and community outreach.
  • Work closely with other health professionals, community agencies, and voluntary organizations to deliver a comprehensive service.
  • Conduct health assessments and provide health education to families.
  • Develop and implement health plans to improve outcomes for children and families.
  • Participate in multi-agency working and safeguarding children.
Requirements:
  • Registered Health Visitor with a valid NMC registration.
  • Experience of working in a health visiting role, preferably in a community setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of health visiting policies and procedures.
