Key Responsibilities- Provide direct information and support to patients and their families/carers via various channels.
- Organize and assist the nursing team to provide services effectively and efficiently.
- Process queries and referrals, guide and signpost clinical and patient queries.
Maidstone and Tunbridge Wells NHS Trust is a large acute hospital trust providing a range of general hospital services and specialist care to around 600,000 people in west Kent and East Sussex. We have a team of over 8,000 staff and provide specialist cancer services to around 2 million people across Kent and East Sussex.
Person Specification- GCSE English Language and Mathematics (grade A-C) or equivalent.
- NVQ Level 4 or additional training to diploma level or equivalent on a health-related subject.
- Relevant health and social care experience at AfC Band 3 or equivalent.
- Understanding of organisational policies and procedures, person-centred care, and administrative procedures and systems.
- Experience of multi-professional working, data and database management, and good communication skills.
