Higher Education Transition Associate Role at Breakthrough Greater Boston

Breakthrough Greater Boston is committed to empowering students to succeed in higher education. As a Higher Education Transition Associate, you will play a pivotal role in supporting students transitioning from high school to post-secondary education.

Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with the Senior Director of College Success to develop and implement strategies for student success.
  • Provide individualized support to students, connecting them with campus resources and guiding them through academic and financial challenges.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with local colleges and administrators to foster collaboration and knowledge sharing.
Requirements:
  • Valid driver's license with access to reliable transportation for travel between college campuses.
  • Master's degree in education, school counseling, college advising, or a related field.

Salary Estimate: $65,000 - $85,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
