About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Employment Lawyer to join our dynamic team at Eversheds Sutherland. As a Senior Associate in Employment Law, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality advice to our clients across a range of sectors, including technology, retail, industrials, financial services, and utilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage complex employment cases across multiple sectors, working closely with clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions.
  • Supervise junior members of the team, providing guidance and support to ensure the delivery of excellent client care.
  • Collaborate with partners and the wider team to manage projects and develop innovative solutions to meet client needs.
  • Develop and deliver bespoke training materials to enhance the skills of colleagues and clients.

Requirements:

  • Strong organisation skills and attention to detail, with the ability to work independently and manage competing demands.
  • Experience of working in a national team of lawyers, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality advice and excellent client care.
  • Excellent IT skills, with the ability to deliver innovative advice solutions.
  • A commitment to delivering quality service, with a strong focus on client satisfaction and retention.
