We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Mobile Fabric Supervisor to join our team at Resourcing Group. As a key member of our engineering family, you will play a crucial role in building and mobilizing your regional team, working closely with peers in other UK regions to share best practices, develop processes, and standardize ways of working.
Key Responsibilities:- Survey sites, identify works required, and produce fully estimated and costed proposals for a portfolio of over 250 High Street locations in Wales and the South West.
- Allocate work to your team of Mobile Fabric Technicians, ensuring all materials and equipment are assessed, ordered, and available when required.
- Engage with site representatives, manage site set up, and ensure works are delivered to the highest standard.
- Undertake quality assurance checks of work completed by your team and complete snagging activities as required.
- Complete site-by-site reporting, produce completion evidence, and seek customer feedback.
- A supervisory background in facilities or mobile maintenance, construction sector, or similar.
- Qualified to Level 3 City & Guilds or equivalent in a relevant discipline.
- Relevant certification and qualifications in Health & Safety management.
- Full current driving license and willingness to travel.
- IT literacy, competent in standard MS Office applications, and good customer service skills.
