**Speech and Language Therapist Job:**

Aston Education is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Speech and Language Therapist to work in a popular 11-16 mainstream secondary school in Waltham Forest, East London.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with pupils with special educational needs, particularly those with dysphagia, and a strong ability to inspire and develop pupils to achieve their full potential.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Develop and deliver tailored speech and language therapy programs to meet individual student needs.
  • Collaborate with teachers and other professionals to integrate speech and language targets into the curriculum.
  • Conduct regular assessments and progress reports to monitor student progress and inform teaching practice.
  • Support the well-being and safety of students, including safeguarding and first aid.

**Benefits and Salary:**

We offer a competitive salary of £49,000 - £56,000 per annum, pro rata, and a range of benefits, including LGPS pension and excellent CPD opportunities.
