We are excited to announce an opportunity for a Senior Psychological Wellbeing Practitioner to join our Coventry Talking Therapies team as a Team Leader. This is a full-time, permanent position that offers a unique chance to develop your leadership skills and make a positive impact on the lives of clients.

About the Team

Our Coventry Talking Therapies team is part of the Coventry and Warwickshire Partnership Trust, which delivers a wide range of physical, mental health, learning disability, and autism services across Coventry, Warwickshire, and beyond.

As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating a PWP team to deliver high-quality psychological interventions based on a self-management model. You will also be involved in assessing risks and developing management plans to ensure client safety.

Requirements
  • PWP qualification
  • Significant experience of working with people who have experienced mental health problems
  • Good written communication skills
  • Computer literacy
