Coventry and Warwickshire Partnership Trust is seeking an experienced mental health professional to join their team as a Band 6 Psychological Wellbeing Practitioner.

The successful candidate will have experience working with common mental health problems, be able to provide initial assessments of client needs including risk assessment, and deliver a range of evidence-based high-volume low-intensity psychological interventions based on a self-management model.

The salary for this role is estimated at £40,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience. This is a competitive salary in line with industry standards.

Job Description

The successful candidate will work closely with clients to assess their needs and develop personalized treatment plans.

They will also be responsible for delivering a range of evidence-based interventions, including individual and group work, using various communication mediums such as telephone work, e-consultation, and face-to-face activities.
