MacGregor Black is seeking a National Account Professional to join our team as a National Account Manager - UK & International Markets based in Manchester.

About the Role

This role involves developing and maintaining strategic partnerships with key supermarket and grocery retailers to drive sales growth and brand loyalty.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Cultivate Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in supermarket and grocery retail accounts.
  • Develop Sales Strategies: Create and execute tailored sales strategies that align with the overall business objectives, focusing on maximizing revenue and market share.
  • Create Account Plans: Develop comprehensive account plans for each key retailer, identifying growth opportunities, promotional strategies, and potential challenges.
  • Negotiate Agreements: Lead negotiations on pricing, promotional activities, and contractual agreements to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes.
  • Analyze Performance: Monitor sales performance metrics and analyze market trends to provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

A minimum of 5 years' experience in account management within FMCG, Consumer Goods, or Sport/Fashion industries is required. Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills are also essential. We offer a competitive salary: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
