National Account Professional

MacGregor Black is seeking a National Account Professional to join our team as a National Account Manager - UK & International Markets based in Manchester.
About the RoleThis role involves developing and maintaining strategic partnerships with key supermarket and grocery retailers to drive sales growth and brand loyalty.
Main Responsibilities:- Cultivate Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in supermarket and grocery retail accounts.
- Develop Sales Strategies: Create and execute tailored sales strategies that align with the overall business objectives, focusing on maximizing revenue and market share.
- Create Account Plans: Develop comprehensive account plans for each key retailer, identifying growth opportunities, promotional strategies, and potential challenges.
- Negotiate Agreements: Lead negotiations on pricing, promotional activities, and contractual agreements to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes.
- Analyze Performance: Monitor sales performance metrics and analyze market trends to provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
A minimum of 5 years' experience in account management within FMCG, Consumer Goods, or Sport/Fashion industries is required. Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills are also essential. We offer a competitive salary: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
