Job Title: Talent Management Coordinator

Location: Belfast (Hybrid)

Salary: £30-£33,000 per annum

This is a fantastic opportunity to join VanRath's Human Resources team as a Talent Management Coordinator. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for coordinating and implementing talent management initiatives, including recruitment, onboarding, and training programs.

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Coordinating recruitment efforts and managing job postings;
  2. Providing guidance on employment law and company policies;
  3. Developing and implementing training programs;
  4. Analyzing data to identify trends and areas for improvement;
  5. Collaborating with department heads to develop business cases for HR initiatives;
  6. Communicating HR-related information to employees through regular updates and training sessions;
  7. Managing employee conflicts and grievances in accordance with company policies;
  8. Conducting performance reviews and providing feedback to employees;
  9. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of employee data;
  10. Ensuring compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations;

VanRath seeks a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join their dynamic team. As a Talent Management Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the HR team, ensuring that talent management initiatives are implemented effectively and efficiently.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field;
  • At least 2 years' experience in HR generalist role;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Ability to analyze data and identify trends;
  • Knowledge of employment law and company policies;
  • Experience with HR systems and software;
  • Certification in HR or related field (e.g. SHRM-CP/SCP, HRCI PHR/SPHR);
