Job Title: CMM Programmer
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled CMM Programmer to join our team at Andrecruit Group Ltd. As a CMM Programmer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and accuracy of our products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Product Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement new processes and procedures for NPI products.
- Quality Control: Conduct thorough investigations into internal non-conformances, ensuring suspect stock is properly quarantined, handsorted, reworked, or scrapped as required.
- Document Preparation: Prepare and submit documents for FAIRs, ensuring all necessary information is accurately and thoroughly documented.
- Reporting and Analysis: Compile and analyze data for weekly and monthly management review meetings, including investigation of quality issues from the previous week.
- Audit and Inspection: Conduct shop floor audits and sample inspections as determined by the Quality Manager, ensuring compliance with established standards and procedures.
- Special Projects: Complete Initial Sample Inspection Reports, Capability Studies, and R&R studies as required, and collate material compliance data for reporting purposes.
- Customer Service: Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Process Improvement: Champion problem-solving using RCA tools such as 8D, 5WHY, ISHIKAWA, and FMEA's to drive down rejects, eliminate system errors, and reduce overall cost of quality.
- Performance Monitoring: Monitor output, quality, and scrap rates, and improve OTD performance to meet company standards.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of products and approved suppliers, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong background in CMM programming, quality assurance, and process improvement. You should be able to work effectively in a team environment and communicate complex information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
