Key Responsibilities- Case Management: Manage a caseload of participants and develop individualized plans to support their employment goals.
- Relationship Building: Build effective relationships with participants, employers, and other stakeholders to facilitate successful employment outcomes.
- Job Search Support: Provide guidance and support to participants to help them develop job search skills, create effective job search materials, and access job opportunities.
- Employment Planning: Work with participants to identify and overcome barriers to employment, and develop strategies to achieve their employment goals.

- Experience: Proven experience in a career development or employment services role, with a strong understanding of employment barriers and strategies for overcoming them.
