About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Clinical Assessor to join our team at Aspect Healthcare. As a Disability Assessor, you will play a vital role in assessing the cases of individuals applying for a Work Capability Assessment (WCA) as part of the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP) Health Assessment and Advisory Services (HAAS).

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough assessments of individuals with diverse health conditions to gain a clear understanding of their challenges and how their disability affects their daily life.
  • Interpret medical evidence and gather findings into comprehensive reports to support decision-making by the DWP.
  • Work in an office-style environment and at home, completing approximately 45-minute assessments over the telephone, video, or face-to-face.
Requirements
  • NMC/HCPC registration is required.
  • Ability to commute or relocate to Lewes.
