Job Title: Senior Cost Assurance Specialist

Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Cost Assurance Specialist to join our specialist Cost & Supply Chain Assurance team, supporting our continued growth and success in the industry. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with our clients to review and scrutinize actual incurred costs, driving supply chain improvement and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver successful Cost Assurance commissions on behalf of Turner & Townsend
  • Work collaboratively with a diverse team to achieve shared goals and objectives
  • Contribute to the development of the service line, including bid preparation and business generation
  • Take a lead in the refinement of internal training and product management

Requirements:
  • Experience in assurance or audit, preferably in a construction or commercial setting
  • Contract management skills, including NEC3/4 (Option C, E)
  • Data analysis and reporting expertise, with proficiency in PowerBi/Tableau
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Qualifications:
  • Degree qualified in a relevant subject
  • Professional membership or equivalent (MRICS, ACA, ACCA, CIMA etc.)
