Key Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent service to clients, identifying their needs and exceeding their expectations.
- Develop and build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Identify and investigate customer concerns, escalating and resolving problems in a timely manner.
- Work proactively to take on additional responsibilities and contribute to the growth and success of the business.
- Be flexible and willing to assist with other areas of the business as needed.
Requirements:

- Ability to work under pressure and maintain a high level of attention to detail.
- Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs.
