About the Role

We are seeking an experienced EU Sales and Marketing Leader to join our team at Centre People. As a key player in our company's expansion into the EU, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing business strategies, and leading a high-performing sales team.

Responsibilities
  • Drive sales growth across the EU by identifying new business opportunities and implementing effective sales strategies.
  • Collaborate with our Japan HQ and Senior Director to align business goals and objectives.
  • Lead a team of sales executives and assistant managers, focusing on employee development and performance improvement.
  • Maintain existing client relationships while expanding our presence in the EU.
Salary and Package

The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary, dependent on experience, plus benefits, including working hours from Monday to Friday, 08:30 – 17:30. Please note that this role requires working in the office 5 days a week.

Requirements
  • Minimum 7 years of business experience in a corporate environment.
  • Total fluency in English and business negotiation-level Japanese (at least JLPT N2 level or higher).
  • Prior experience living/working in Japan would be highly beneficial.
  • Personal interest in the Digital/Game/Entertainment industry is crucial.
  • Strong sales/client management experience and leadership skills are essential.
