Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and caring individual to join our team as a Care Professional. As a Care Professional, you will play a vital role in providing personalized care and support to our clients, enabling them to live happy, independent lives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide companionship and support to clients in their own homes
  • Assist with daily living tasks, such as meal preparation and personal care
  • Support clients with medication management and appointments
  • Engage in social activities and outings with clients
  • Work collaboratively with our office team to ensure seamless care delivery
