Breakfast Supervisor Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Breakfast Supervisor to join our team at Novotel York Centre. As a key member of our Food and Beverage team, you will be responsible for leading our Breakfast Team to deliver exceptional service and quality to our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide guidance and support to the Breakfast Team to ensure they achieve their potential and meet departmental objectives.
  • Ensure the Breakfast and Conference Service is run efficiently, with a focus on customer satisfaction and quality of food, drink, and service.
  • Lead by example, demonstrating a passion for guest interaction, Food and Beverage, and a commitment to maintaining a safe, pleasant, and well-maintained work environment.
  • Assist in leading, mentoring, and training the Food and Beverage Breakfast team.
  • Supervise and delegate duties, ensuring brand standards are maintained.
  • Liaise with the kitchen to ensure the highest standard of food quality and visual appeal.
Requirements:
  • Service-focused personality with a passion for Food and Beverage.
  • Previous experience in a similar leadership role is an asset.
  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities, with the ability to lead by example.
  • Previous experience working in Meetings and Events Operations would be advantageous.
