Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Breakfast Supervisor to join our team at Accor. As a Breakfast Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading our Breakfast Team to deliver exceptional Food and Beverage experiences for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide guidance and support to the Breakfast Team to ensure they achieve their potential and meet departmental objectives.
  • Ensure the Breakfast and Conference Service is run efficiently, with a focus on customer satisfaction and quality of food, drink, and service.
  • Lead by example, demonstrating a strong service-focused personality and a passion for Food and Beverage.
  • Supervise and delegate duties to ensure brand standards are maintained and the work environment is safe, pleasant, and well-maintained.
  • Liaise with the kitchen to ensure the highest standard of food quality and visual appeal.
  • Actively participate in safe work practices and emergency procedures.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar leadership role is an asset.
  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities, with the ability to lead by example.
  • Previous experience working in Meetings & Events Operations would be advantageous.
