Breakfast Supervisor Job Description

At Accor, we're looking for a skilled Breakfast Supervisor to join our team. As a Breakfast Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading your team to create unforgettable Food & Beverage experiences for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide guidance and support to the Breakfast Team, helping them to achieve their potential and accomplish overall departmental objectives.
  • Ensure the Breakfast & Conference Service is run efficiently and that customers are satisfied with the quality of food, drink, and service they receive.
  • Give attention to detail, ensuring that the work environment is a safe, pleasant, and well-maintained space.
  • Assist in leading, mentoring, and training the Food & Beverage Breakfast team.
  • Supervise and delegate duties; Ensure brand standards are maintained.
  • Actively participate in safe work practices and procedures in the workplace and emergency procedures.
  • Liaise with the kitchen to ensure the highest standard of food quality and visual appeal.
Requirements:
  • A service-focused personality is essential, and a passion for everything Food and Beverage.
  • Previous experience in a similar leadership role is an asset.
  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities and the ability to lead by example.
  • Previous experience working in Meetings & Events Operations would be advantageous.
