Our client is a leading brand, renowned for delivering high-quality, on-trend products that are manufactured sustainably. With a strong focus on customer service and relationships, they are now seeking an Area Sales Manager to join their team.
This role would be ideal for a sales professional looking for a new challenge, with opportunities to develop their skills and advance their career within a progressive and supportive company culture.
About the Role- A field-based position, working from home and visiting key accounts, including retail, distribution, and merchant locations.
- Developing and implementing strategic customer plans to drive business growth and expansion.
- Liaising with the sales team, marketing department, and customer contacts to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
- Managing relationships with key national accounts, building trust and rapport to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.
- Planning and organizing visits to customers, booking appointments and ensuring timely follow-ups.
- Showcasing high-end KBB products to customers, highlighting their features and benefits.
- Executing national strategic customer plans, optimizing business opportunities for short-term and long-term gains.
- Collaborating with internal teams to deliver comprehensive training to customers when required.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with experience in building and maintaining relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Demonstrable business acumen, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
- Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, and as part of a dynamic team.
- An estimated salary of £30,000, plus a £5,000 monthly bonus.
- A company vehicle, either hybrid or electric, for business use.
- 25 days annual leave, plus statutory holidays, and a company pension scheme.
