We are seeking a highly skilled High-End Treatment Coordinator to join our team at Hilton Southampton – Utilita Bowl. As a key member of our spa and wellness team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences through professional spa and beauty treatments.

About the Job

This is a casual position offering flexibility in scheduling. You will work as part of a dynamic team to provide high-quality services, ensuring guest satisfaction and loyalty. Your primary responsibilities will include managing and carrying out spa and beauty treatments, adhering to company standards and current legislation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Experience: Offer Guests a high level of service while embracing the Company's brand standards.
  • Treatment Management: Manage and carry out procedures, have current knowledge of treatments, and ensure all treatments comply with current legislation and company standards.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • A minimum of one year of previous experience within the beauty industry.
  • A recognized beauty therapy / hair qualification.
