Lettings Negotiator

We are seeking a skilled Lettings Negotiator to join our team at Q Recruitment. As a key member of our property recruitment team, you will be responsible for negotiating rental agreements on behalf of clients and providing exceptional customer service to tenants.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct property viewings with potential tenants to showcase properties and provide a personalized experience.
- Negotiate rental agreements with clients to ensure mutually beneficial terms.
- Market properties across various platforms to attract tenants and increase visibility.
- Provide top-notch customer service throughout the lettings process, ensuring tenant satisfaction and loyalty.
- Liaise between landlords and tenants to address any concerns or issues that may arise.
- Maintain accurate records of property listings and client communications to ensure seamless operations.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 12 months of lettings experience, with a proven track record of success.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple listings and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication skills to negotiate deals and build strong relationships with clients and tenants.
- Proficiency in administration and handling paperwork to ensure timely and accurate processing.
- Multilingual abilities are a plus, enabling you to serve our diverse clientele more effectively.
