About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Director of Energy and Water Procurement. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in supporting the Head of Energy and Water Procurement to deliver Workman's strategy on behalf of our clients.

Utilizing your previous experience in the energy industry, you will support the Head of Energy and Water Procurement in managing the live schedule of all energy and water suppliers under management, while helping lead our supplier relationships across all clients. You will ensure that agreed processes and KPIs are implemented and met.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Manage AMR roll out projects and ensure HHD data flows are in place to assist with various reporting requirements.
  2. Support and manage meter installations and removal requests.
  3. Liaise with Workman Accounts payable teams, TPI consultants, and Suppliers to resolve objections and terminations.
Requirements

We are looking for an experienced professional with a strong background in the energy industry, preferably working for a utility supplier, brokerage, or consultancy. You will be required to deliver detailed knowledge and understanding of the energy and utility market, including account management processes, contract terms, COT procedures, MOPs, and DA/DCs.

You will take ownership of your work and projects, possessing critical thinking and problem-solving skills. You should enjoy working in a collaborative environment and exert excellent verbal and written communication, as well as experience handling analytical data.
