Job Description

Reporting to an established Renewable Energy Procurement lead, you will help our clients deliver major capital programs and projects for green technologies, providing sustainable energy sources for customers and the community. We have opportunities for individuals passionate about renewable energy to join our expanding Procurement team within Contract Services across our UK offices.

Successful candidates will develop their career, skills, and knowledge by working with industry-leading organizations, making a tangible impact on large-scale flagship programs, and collaborating with a team of specialist procurement consultants.

The Opportunity

This role offers the chance to enhance your capital procurement and consultancy experience, working with skilled teams to deliver industry-leading program advice to global brands on exciting transformational energy investments.

Main Expectations
  1. Lead or support procurement engagements across multiple programs and projects, helping clients achieve better green, sustainable outcomes.
  2. Deliver and improve clients' performance across key capital procurement themes.
  3. Support the development of renewable energy procurement services.
  4. Lead or support business development for renewable energy procurement.
Qualifications
  1. Preferably a degree in Procurement, Supply Chain, Sustainability, Business Management, or similar disciplines.
  2. Working towards or willing to work towards at least Level 4 Diploma in Procurement and Supply.
Experience
  1. Wider procurement consulting experience from client, contractor, or professional services organization.
  2. Experience in responsible sourcing areas including human rights, environment, health and safety, and anti-bribery & corruption.
  3. Good understanding of the UK and international energy sector is desirable.
  4. Good IT skills and interest in tools, systems, and data.
