Educational Support Specialists

About the Role: In this position, you will be responsible for adapting lesson activities to meet individual pupils' needs, creating a stimulating learning environment that encourages achievement and growth, and providing exceptional support to students with SEN.
Requirements: To be successful in this role, you must have previous experience working with individuals with SEN, Autism, or Complex Needs. You should also hold a valid Right to Work in the UK, recent child-based references, and relevant DBS/Police checks.
What We Offer: At Five Education, we are committed to supporting our staff's professional development and well-being. As an Educational Support Specialist, you can expect to receive free in-person training in Team Teach, Makaton, and other areas, as well as subsidized initial DBS cost and refunded DBS after 5 days of work. Our estimated salary for this role is £18,000 - £25,000 per annum, depending on experience.
