Job Title: Learning Support Specialist

About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Learning Support Specialist to join our team at Five Education Recruitment Limited. As a Learning Support Specialist, you will play a vital role in supporting children with their learning and development in a special school setting.

Key Responsibilities:
* Supporting children with their learning and development, including adapting teaching methods to meet individual needs* Working closely with teachers to deliver educational programs that cater to diverse learning styles* Assisting with classroom management and organization to create a safe and inclusive learning environment* Collaborating with colleagues to develop and implement effective support strategies for students* Maintaining accurate records of student progress and providing regular feedback to teachers and parents* Participating in professional development opportunities to enhance knowledge and skills in learning support and education*

Requirements:
* A related qualification or relevant experience in supporting children with special needs* Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build positive relationships with children, teachers, and parents* Ability to work collaboratively as part of a dynamic team to achieve common goals* Strong organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities*

Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience
