We are currently seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Planning Specialist to join our team in this exciting time for our industry.

About the Role

This role will support the Maintenance Support Co-ordinator in controlling and delivering all relevant planned maintenance activities in accordance with Eni HSE Policy and Procedures to meet business targets, throughput, planning, reliability, and plant uptime.

  • Support the Maintenance Support Co-ordinator in prioritising, resourcing, and planning Major and Asset integrity-related work and/or breakdown activities to meet the integrated plan.
  • Develop shutdown schedules incorporating approved business forecasts, field development projects, and maintenance strategies.
  • Prepare plans for complex work, rotating equipment programs, and routine outages (train outages, maintenance campaign programs, and field outages).
Key Responsibilities
  • Support day-by-day the Offshore and Onshore Planners and schedulers in effective and accurate planning (28-day and 90-day site plans).
  • Accountable for facilitating 90-day Day Planning meetings, rough-cut planning meetings, and weekly backlog and forward log review meetings when necessary.
  • Liaise with the technical authority to optimise critical equipment maintenance.
Requirements
  • Engineering degree or relevant equivalent experience.
  • Familiarity with the use of SAP/MS Project/Primavera.
  • Good working knowledge of software applications, such as MS Office, SAP, MS Project, and Primavera.
  • Deep knowledge of maintenance & project planning.
Estimated Salary

The estimated salary for this role is £65,000 - £85,000 per annum, depending on experience.
