ICON Plc is seeking a highly skilled Clinical Supplies Director to lead our Clinical Supplies function. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for providing strategic direction and oversight to ensure the successful delivery of clinical trials.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.
- Lead a team of professionals to ensure timely and quality delivery of clinical supplies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate risks, and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
- Develop and manage departmental budgets and forecasts to ensure financial targets are met.
- Proven experience in a leadership role within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
- Deep understanding of clinical regulations, supply chain networks, and quality management systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to drive process improvements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
- Relevant degree and/or certification in a field such as supply chain management, logistics, or quality assurance.
