Supportive Learning Assistant

We are looking for a highly skilled SEN Teaching Assistant to join our dedicated team at Austin Fraser. As a Senior Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our students with special educational needs.

Job Description:- You will work closely with teachers to implement individual education plans (IEPs) and provide targeted support to students.
- Develop strong relationships with pupils, parents, and colleagues to ensure effective communication and collaboration.

Requirements:- At least 2 years' experience working with SEN in a teaching assistant role.
- Proven ability to build strong relationships with pupils, parents, and colleagues.
