Learning Support Worker

As a SEN Teaching Support Professional, you will play a vital role in supporting our pupils with special educational needs.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Assisting teachers in developing and implementing IEPs
- Providing one-to-one support to pupils as needed
- Building positive relationships with pupils to foster a supportive learning environment
You will also be expected to contribute to lesson planning and delivery, working closely with teachers and other support staff to ensure seamless provision for all pupils.
