The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple subcontractors. This role requires experience of working on large complex infrastructure projects and knowledge of NEC subcontracts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Management and administration of subcontract packages related to the construction of structural steel.
- Developing assurance and delivery management plans with suppliers to meet contract requirements.
- Working closely with asset delivery teams to ensure effective execution of subcontract works.
- Sharing learning and best practices between assets to enhance value offering.
- Supporting the commercial team with subcontract administration and managing risks and opportunities within subcontract scope.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- HNC/HND/Degree in building or civil engineering
- Experience of managing structural steel packages
- Knowledge of NEC subcontracts
- SMSTS training in health and safety and environmental management
- CSCS card
