About the Role:

The Project Coordinator will play a vital role in overseeing project delivery, managing resources, and guiding Sub-Contractors. This position requires strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement strategies for effective project management.
  2. Build and maintain relationships with subcontractors, suppliers, and stakeholders.
  3. Monitor and control project budgets, ensuring adherence to financial targets.
  4. Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental, and quality standards.
  5. Coordinate and lead project teams, providing guidance and support as needed.
  6. Communicate project progress and results to stakeholders.
  7. Analyze project data and identify areas for improvement.
  8. Develop and implement solutions to address project challenges.
  9. Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members.

Requirements:

  • Suitable building/civil engineering technical qualification (HNC/HND/Degree).
  • Proven track record of successful project management.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience working with construction software and tools.

Estimated Salary: £70,000 - £85,000 per annum
